OUR FEES
Recognizing that different clients have different needs, we offer a variety of fee arrangements, including the traditional hourly rate (attorney work is ordinarily billed at $315 per hour), fixed-fee arrangements for various matters including trademark related filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and volume discounts. In addition, recognizing the importance, to some clients, of certainty with respect to legal fees and the importance of the availability of legal counsel on an on-going basis, we are available to negotiate retainer arrangements. These arrangements are especially attractive to those who routinely require assistance in our areas of practice and who would benefit from having counsel readily and frequently available to review correspondence, agreements, advertising copy, websites, etc., or to provide other advice frequently required by those creating or carrying on a business.
