Historic Properties
We are history buffs. Consequently, we enjoy enormously the opportunity to counsel and assist those fortunate enough to find themselves as the owners, trustees, and/or operators of properties recognized as worthy of preservation as a result of their unique contributions to American culture. We have a vast wealth of experience in protecting the valuable rights associated with these properties and the dignified development and implementation of policies intended to educate the general public and, at the same time, provide opportunities for reasonable revenue generation necessary for the preservation and operation of such properties. Related services include the registration and protection of valuable trademarks and service marks, the development of reasonable site use restrictions and assistance in developing educational and artistic opportunities, including licensing and location rights and, where appropriate, licensing of properties for use in films, documentaries, and advertising campaigns.
